Nattokinase comes up in many protocol for helping the body eliminate the spike protein

Nattokinase, also known as natto extract (subtilisin NAT or orokinase) is an enzyme in nattō, a fermented soybean product. It is produced when the soybeans are cooked and later fermented by adding the bacteria, Bacillus subtilis natto.  It was discovered and extracted from nattō in 1987 when nattō was found to dissolve artificial fibrin (an insoluble protein involved in the formation of a blood clot). It has the highest anti-clotting (fibrinolytic) activity compared to other enzymes, making it a promising avenue for research in patients with heart disease. An  advantage is that it can be either be consumed as a dietary supplement or orally administered. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3478223

Nattokinase activity is measured in FU, the number of fibrinolytic units (FU).Based on human studies, 2,000 FU has produced the greatest cardiovascular and antithrombotic benefits https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5066864/

Dr. Peter McCullough recommends 3 supplements in his protocol for eliminated the spike protein from the body.

Nattokinase 2000 FU (100) mg orally twice a day without food

Bromelain 500 mg orally once a day without food

Curcumin 500 mg orally twice a day

The regimen can be continued for 3-12 months

Bromelain  is a group of enzymes found in the fruit and stem of the pineapple plant. Pineapple is native to the Americas but is now grown throughout the world in tropical and subtropical regions.  Pineapple has been used for centuries in Central and South America to treat indigestion and reduce inflammation. Bromelain, was first isolated from the pineapple plant in the late 1800s. The German Commission E approved bromelain to treat swelling and inflammation after surgery, particularly sinus surgery. There are many bromelain supplements on the market as well as pineapple based supplements. Don’t overlook using fresh or dried pineapple.

Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. The herb turmeric is native to Southeast Asia. Its flavor is warm and bitter, and it has a striking yellow color. Its use as a medicine dates back nearly 4000 years. . It was first isolated by scientists around the turn of the 20th century, and its antibacterial properties were first demonstrated in 1949. Research shows it to have anti-inflammatory properties, anti-oxidant properties, and several other marked benefits. There are many turmeric supplements on the market. Turmeric powder is readily available. Turmeric is hard to absorb as a powder many people do well but some do not. A good preparation is to make a paste with turmeric by cooking it. It can then be added to milk to make a popular recipe called “Golden Milk”. Dr. Mercola through his company has a product called fermented turmeric which is turmeric powder than has been fermented and then dried and is available in capsule form.  Turmeric Tea has been used for centuries.

Chaga MushroomsInonotus obliquus, are a type of medicinal mushroom that has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese and Russian medicine. These mushrooms are typically found growing on birch trees in cold, northern climates such as Russia, Siberia, Canada, Alaska. Chaga is produced by a fungus called Inonotus obliquus which parasitizes mostly on Birch trees. Chaga mushrooms traditionally used for many different purposes, including digestive issues, cancer, viral infections, and skin problems. Today it has become popularized for its high antioxidant content, immuno-modulatory effects, and the potential treatment/prevention of cancer.

Most chaga supplements are made from extracts that concentrate medicinal components and make them bioavailable. Extraction is important because in its raw form Chaga cannot be broken down by your body and much of its medicinal properties will not be absorbed. Extraction methods usually involve pulverizing, heating, and using simple solvents like water and alcohol.

Pine Tree Needle Tea:   Eastern white pine needles contain shikimic acid, the same molecule found in star anise herb used historically in Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat plagues and respiratory illness. There is evidence that shikimic acid helps move the spike proteins out of the body. There is many directions on the best way to prepare it. I believe it should be made as a decoction which means adding the needles to water, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
